GENERAL PRICE LIST These prices are effective as of January 21, 2008 but are subject to change without notice. Funeral services may be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily, except Sundays, when services may be scheduled between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. PACKAGE SELECTIONS -

Charges for Services Selected The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

Arrangement conference and supervision of all details for arrangement period and twenty-four hour availability of required personnel.
Administrative services, i.e., bookkeeping, accounting fee, general clerical administration, recording permanent record of death, burial permit, preparation various forms, i.e., Social Security, Veterans Administration, insurance assignments as requested. Securing doctor’s signature, filing death certificate with proper authorities, securing burial or cremation authorizations and/or transit permit. This fee is for our basic services and overhead that will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charge for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding and receiving of remains.) 2. A 10% discount on professional services and merchandise is available if the funeral bill is paid in full before the funeral service when paid by cash or check only and all merchandise is purchased at Hawkins Funeral Home. A 5% discount on merchandise is available if the funeral bill is paid in full before the service when paid by credit card. This discount is not available for prearranged funerals. This discount is not available for prearranged funerals. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

CASKET PRICE
These prices are effective as of May 7, 2007 but are subject to change without notice. The casket as selected is to be added to the service charge figure in arriving at a charge for any funeral service. The following caskets are normally on display at Hawkins Funeral Home. OUTER BURIAL CONTAINER PRICE LIST
| These prices are effective as of January 21, 2008 but are subject to change without notice. In most areas of the country, state or local law does not require that you buy a container to surround the casket in the grave. However, many cemeteries require that you have such a container so that the grave will not sink in. Either a grave liner or a burial vault will satisfy these requirements.

The Simplicity Packages are designed to be our most economical priced funeral services available. In order to offer Simplicity Services, the funeral or graveside service must be held between Tuesday and Saturday and not on holidays. No other discounts can be used with this package. DIRECT DISPOSITION Our minimum charge for an immediate burial/direct cremation (without attendant rites and ceremonies) includes: removal and shelter of the remains, sanitary care, local transportation to cemetery/crematory, completion and supervision of gathering and filing the necessary legal documents and permits, necessary services of staff and crematory charges where applicable. It does not include facilities for viewing or for funeral services. Sanitary care is the process of cleansing a body including bathing, shampooing, closing mouth by means of external pressure, closing of the eyes and refrigeration when required. Sanitary care includes the suturing of incisions and external treatment of lesions, and placing deceased in a selected container. Embalming is not required and is not included in these services. There is no enforceable law, rule or regulation that requires embalming in the State of Texas under any circumstances at any time. However, except for a direct disposition, Hawkins Funeral Home reserve the right to refuse to conduct or have conducted under its supervision at any time or place, a funeral, public or private, of a deceased person that has not been embalmed unless the deceased person is in an appropriate hermetically sealed casket which will not to be opened at any time for public viewing.
If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative cremation containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). Cremation fee is $265.00.
