Adelta Leigh (Gold) Hagens

Alvord ~ Adelta Leigh Hagens, 81, went to be with our Lord Thursday, October 21, 2021.

Celebration of Life will be at Frisco Bible Church in Frisco Friday, October 29th 2021.

Adelta was born May 11, 1940 to Robert Marion Gold and Burma Ney (Hargus) in El Paso, Texas. She was united in marriage August 17, 1957 to Marvin Henry August Hagens in El Paso, Texas.

Adelta was a Christ follower, wife, mom, grandma, granny, and friend to many.  Adelta shared her knowledge and love of cooking, sewing, crocheting, painting, gardening, music and so much more.  She was a strong woman who persevered and showed sacrificial love to those in her life.  She will be missed very much.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Burma Gold; her husband of 64 years, Marvin Hagens; her sister, Ann Marie Gold.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Phyllis Hagens, and Shelly Witzgall and Mike; her son, Greg Hagens; granddaughters, Sarah Gosvenor, and Jessica Hopson. Grand children, great grand children; her cousin Mary Lou Fairchild; Extended Family members and a host of friends
