To the Carpenter Family ~ My deepest sympathy for your family. Although I haven't seen Agnes in many years, I remember her so fondly. She and Jim. They were always so thoughtful and kinder than they needed to be to me. Some of my favorite memories are of spending time in Bridgeport in the summer. I never pass through or even close to Bridgeport without thinking of Granny and Grandpa Carpenter. I'm Vickie's half-sister, and even though they weren't really my grandparents, they never treated me differently. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
