Alice Ruth Lee

Rhome ~ Alice Ruth Lee, 70, went to be with our Lord Monday, August 23, 2021 in Fort Worth.

Funeral is 2 PM Friday at Newark Church of Christ with burial at Aurora Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 PM Thursday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd.

Alice was born on March 16, 1951 to Eugene and Dola (Denny) Gray in Kerrville, Texas. She was united in marriage to Jerry Lee on November 17, 1979 in Sinton. Alice was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her son, Jesse Lee.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 41 years, Jerry Lee of Rhome; her daughter, Jennifer Kurtz and husband Robert of Rhome; 5 grandchildren, Megan Lee, Jarred Lee, Jason Kurtz, Casey Kurtz, and Lane Kurtz; 2 sisters, Charlotte Woodman of League City, and Lyndia Ebers of Fort Worth; her brother, Keith Gray; other relatives and a host of friends.
