BOWIE -- Allison Judith Hamner, 6, a kindergarden student in Bowie went to be with our Lord on Sunday, Feb. 8, 2009 in Chico.
Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at The Shepherd House in Chico. Burial: East Bridgeport Cemetery. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Tuesday.
Rev. Kern Choate will officiate. Pallbearers: Casey Hamner, William Renner, Jr., Travis Renner, Raymond Tiller, Jim Anderson, and Jeremy Whitbeck.
Allison was born on February 8, 2003, the daughter of Mitch and Alicia Hamner in Decatur. She was a member of The Daisy Group of Girl Scouts in Bowie and a member of The Shepherd's House in Bowie.
Allison was preceded in death by her grandparents, Michael and Linda Hamner.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are: her parents, Mitch and Alicia Hamner of Bowie; sisters, Madeline and Macie Hamner of Bowie; grandparents, William and Tami Renner of Chico; Carol Renner of Dallas, Don and Dorothy Copeland of Decatur; great Grandmothder, Alice Tiller of Chico; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives; and a host of friends.
