CHICO -- Alta Seaton, 89, a retired civil service CPA, went to be with our Lord Friday, June 5, 2009, in Decatur.
Graveside service: 10 a.m. Tuesday in Cundiff Cemetery in Cundiff. There is no set visitation.
The Rev. Kenneth Wood will officiate. Pallbearers: Leon Moody, Donnie Grooms, Gene Moody, Dale Moody, Monte Graham, and Shorty Moody.
Alta was born on July 13, 1919, the daughter of William and Lori (Colley) Collier, in Wise County, Texas. She married G.W. Seaton on February 5, 1944 in Fort worth.
She was preceded in death by her husband, G. W., her brother, John Chestly Collier, and her sister, Emma Lee Givens.
There are a host of friends left behind to cherish her memory.
