Anita Faye Owen

Bridgeport~ Anita Faye Owen, 78 years, 6 months, and 4 days went to be with our Lord on Monday, June 6, 2022 in Bridgeport.

Anita was born on December 2, 1943 to Dewain and Geraldine (Martindale) Killian in Ada, Oklahoma. Anita was a hard worker who took pride in her family and her home. She was a homemaker and was retired from Walmart after working in accounting many years. Her family will remember her love and support, her sweet spirit and kind and loving heart. Anita’s favorite thing to do was to enjoy her family. She especially cherished her time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, they were her treasures and she looked forward to each visit. Anita was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who will be missed by all that knew and loved her so.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Ronnie Killian.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Teri Smith of Rodgers, Arkansas and Sherrie O’Tero and husband David of Crandall, Texas; her son, Jerry Owen and wife Andrea of Bridgeport, Texas; eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren; numerous extended family and a host of friends.
