Denton: Annelle Morriss "Ann" Helms, 68, formerly of Dallas, passed peacefully on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 in Denton.
Memorial service is 11 a.m. Thursday, November 19th at the First United Methodist Church in Decatur with Dr. Roy Spore officiating.
Ann was born on August 31, 1940 to Robert and Dorcas Dodson Morriss in Decatur, Texas. She attended The Hockaday School of Dallas and Texas Tech University. Her love of travel included several years of living in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Ann is preceded in death by her parents and her aunt Doris Dodson Mote.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Jennifer Roh and husband, John of New York, daughter, Holly Waymire of Rockwall; granddaughter, Hannah Waymire of Rockwall; brother, John Farmer of Henderson, Kentucky, and sister, Kitty Farmer of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
