Decatur ~ Ann Hoefle, 86, went to be with our Lord Thursday, October 29, 2020.
Paying your respects and signing the book will be Noon-8 p.m. Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.
Ann was born February 21, 1934 to Wesley E. and Ora Lee Marr in Jacksboro, Texas. She was a retired fourth grade teacher, having taught at Rann Elementary and Alvord ISD. Ann was a beloved wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Patrick Hoefle; her brother Jim Ed Marr; and her sister Helen Thompson.
She is survived by her 4 daughters, Beth Nemeth, Michelle Johnson, Karen Duffy, and Nicole Cronenwett; her son-in-laws Wayne Johnson, Chris Duffy, and Craig Cronenwett; her grandchildren Chelsea and Taylor Nemeth, Garrett and Robin Johnson, and Christopher, Cameron, and Connor Duffy; her three granddaughters-in-laws Mary Johnson, Anna Duffy, and Lily Duffy; her precious great granddaughter Ellie Kaye Duffy; her sister Kaye Marr; along with many other extended family members and host of friends.
Due to COVID-19, Ann’s daughters have decided to hold a private graveside service. They thank you for understanding. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to the charity of your choice.
