Rhome ~ Ann Wright, 58, a hairstylist, went to be with our Lord on Monday, June 13, 2016 in Decatur.
Graveside service is 11:00a.m. Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Bluebonnett Hills Cemetery, Colleyville, Texas. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home, Boyd.
Dr Brady Blevins will officiate. Honorary pallbearers are Johnnie Byrd, Robert Byrd, Sammy Carr, Hayden Carr, Butch Wright, Chuck Braun and Larry Juskiss.
Ann was born on February 14, 1958 to Johnnie and Neva (Howell) Byrd in Fort Worth. She was married to Steve Wright on July 16, 2011 at the Boys Ranch in Bedford. Ann worked as a hairstylist and barber.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Jerry Byrd.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of almost 5 years, Steve Wright of Rhome; her daughters, Lisa Burgess of North Richland Hills, and Michelle Bernhardt and husband Richard of Fort Worth; her brother, Reggie Byrd and wife Janet of Aurora; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
