Park Springs ~ Annie Belle Workman, 90, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Friday, November 20, 2015 in Decatur.
Funeral is 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 23, 2015 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Chico Cemetery. Family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Rev. Doyle Wade will officiate. Pallbearers include Jacobi Sidlauskas, Tyler Lee, Jerry Thompson, Brad Thompson, Andy Thompson, and Jeff Adams.
Annie was born on March 26, 1925 to John and Eula (Urlacher) Suson in Bowie, Texas. She was united in marriage to Ralph Workman who preceded her in death in 1986. Annie was baptized in a stock tank at an early age.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ralph Workman; her granddaughter, Karen Phillips; her great-granddaughter, Ashley Lee; her sisters, Mary Shurbet and Ferell Suson; her brothers, John, Bob, Ollie, and Bill Suson.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Ruby Jewell Phillips and husband Edward of Decatur, Jo Ann McConnell and husband Wayne of Sunset; her son, Ralph “Buttons” Workman and wife Linda of Boyd; her grandchildren, Cathy Phillips, Sheila Sidlaukas and husband Don, Chassidy Lee and husband Clinton, Tierney Workman, and Wesley Workman; her great-grandchildren, Jennifer and Jacobi Sidlauskas, Tyler, Taylor, and Shannon Lee, Nicholas, Alex and Zoey Wigington; her step-grandchildren, Cherissa McConnell, Shannon Edwards and husband Troy, Dustin and Cory McConnell; her step great-grandchildren, T.J. Edwards and wife Sara, and Hunter Edwards; her step great-great-grandchild, Ryder Edwards; her sister, Ethel Poncy of Moore, Oklahoma; her brother, James Suson of Argyle; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
