Rosary: 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Thompson was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Verlon R. Thompson and 3 brothers and sisters. She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church. Survivors: Daughters, Erma Albert and husband Richard, Ruby Taylor and husband Jim, Lou Marlin and husband Eddie, Annie Sparks and husband David and Theresa Poteet; 9 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; 5 brothers and sisters, and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
