Arvin Phillip Patton

Decatur ~ Arvin Phillip Patton, 85, went to be with our Lord Sunday, July 16, 2023.

Arvin was born December 17, 1937 to Claudia and Allie Fay Patton in Fulton, Arkansas. He was united in marriage January 4, 1991 to Alfreda Jean Baker in Montague, Texas. Arvin was a retired truck driver after many years in the transportation industry. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend to many who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Claudia and Allie Fay Patton; 1 brother, and 2 sisters.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife Alfreda Patton of Decatur; 2 daughters, Alberta Munn of Decatur, and Vickie Caswell and husband Jonathan of Decatur; 3 grandchildren, Carissa Baker, Madyson Baker, and Timothy Turnage; 3 sisters, Lois May, Jenna Be, and JoAnn; numerous extended Family and a host of friends.
