Audrey Jean Darnell

Paradise~ Audrey Jean Darnell, 84, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, November 25, 2021 in Paradise.

Graveside Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Paradise Cemetery.

Bro. Louis Horton will officiate.

Audrey was born on January 22, 1937 to Jack and Laura Esther (Collins) Gilbert in San Angelo, Texas. She was a homemaker. Audrey was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, who will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Bonnie Horton.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Laura Anderson and husband Charlie; her son, Donald Darnell; her 3 grandchildren, Angie McCormick, Lesley Wigle and husband Patrick, and Kyle Anderson and wife Stacie; her 6 great-grandchildren, Jack, Allie, Lane, Peyton, Parker, and Luke; her brother, Marvin Gilbert and wife Georgia; and numerous extended family members.
