Arlington ~ Audrey Ann Warner, 84, formerly of Bridgeport, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, May 3, 2016 in Arlington.
Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Jim Ned Cemetery in Runaway Bay. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Fielder Road Baptist Church in Arlington.
Rev. Frank Peugh will officiate. Pallbearers include Rick Crowson, John Gilbreath, Westin Warner, Kyle Preston, Adam Warner, and Tim Mahoney.
Audrey was born on October 26, 1931 to Vane Vilbert and Ruby Irene (Goss) Lovell in Geary, Oklahoma. She was united in marriage to Gilbert Erwin Warner on May 25, 1949 in Bridgeport. Audrey was a member of Fielder Road Baptist Church in Arlington.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gilbert Warner; her sisters, Yvonne Laycock and Reba Dodd.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Vane E. Warner and wife Sharon of Mansfield, and Gale Douglas Warner of Arlington; her grandchildren, Amy Preston and husband Kyle, Adam Warner and wife Lindsey, Ericka Gail Warner, and Westin Luke Warner; her great-grandchildren, Liv, Eden, and Ava; her sister, Joy Greene of Arlington; other family members and a host of friends.
