She was born November 19, 1929 in Decatur to Richard and Bessie Harris Stem. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Decatur and a volunteer at the hospital for many years.

She was born November 19, 1929 in Decatur to Richard and Bessie Harris Stem. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Decatur and a volunteer at the hospital for many years.
Funeral: 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at the First Baptist Church of Decatur with Rev. Ken May officiating. Family visitation will be from 6 to 8 P.M. Monday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Pallbearers: Jim Bradshaw, Bobby Wilson, Jay Davidson, Ed Sipes, Rick Ivy, and Jody Forman.
Survivors: Husband of 61 years, Billy Garrison of Decatur; Son, Richard Garrison and wife Delonna of Decatur; 2 Granddaughters, Curren Wicker and husband Brandt of Decatur, and Ryan Brown and husband Ashley of Decatur; 4 great-grandchildren: Cami, Carson, Caylen, and Kynlie; and a host of many friends.
