Decatur ~ Barbara Ann Potts, 67, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Sunday, July 24, 2016 in Decatur.
Graveside service is 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 29, 2016 at Bluebonnet Cemetery in Colleyville. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Rev. Michael Norris will officiate.
Barbara was born on May 19, 1949 to John and Virginia (Bolling) Gilreath in Norton, Virginia. She was united in marriage to Donald Potts on February 10, 1968 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Barbara was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and wife of 48 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 48 years, Donald Potts of Decatur; her son, Darrell Potts and wife Katie of Decatur; her daughter, Donna Potts of River Oaks; her step-sons Danny Potts of Fort Worth, Donnie Potts of Lake Worth; her grandchildren, Dalton, Delaney, Derek Potts of Decatur; her sister, Sherry Flynn of Arizona; her brothers, Gerald Gilreath of Arizona, Danny Gilreath of Blanco and Don Gilreath; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
