Springtown ~ Bernie Thomas, 44, a mechanic, went to be with our Lord Saturday, August 1, 2015 in Decatur.
Family visitation is 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 6, 2015 at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Bernie was born on April 16, 1971 to Danny and Alice (Robinson) Thomas in Warren, Ohio. He was united in marriage to Lisa Belknap January 15, 2005 in Buffalo, Texas. Bernie was a maintenance mechanic for Brazos Electric.
He was preceded in death by his father, Danny Thomas; his son, Gauge Thomas.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 10 years, Lisa Thomas of Springtown; 3 children, Hannah Belknap of Springtown, Hayley Thomas of Springtown and Gatlin Thomas of Springtown; his mother, Alice Holland of Ohio; his brother, Dan Thomas; his sisters, Tish Vickers, Erica Thomas Simon, and Melonie Thomas; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
