Betty Anita (Main) Brannan

Decatur ~ Betty Anita Brannan, 78, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, July 28, 2021.

Funeral is 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.

Betty was born September 27, 1942 to Blanton Rayford and Evelyn (Chadwell) Main in Ft. Worth, Texas. She was united in marriage June of 1964 to Robert Louis Brannan in Ft. Worth, Texas. Betty had an Associate’s Degree, retiring from Lockheed Martin after many years as an Administrative Assistant. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Blanton and Evelyn Main.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 57 years, Robert Brannan of Decatur; her son, Robert L. Brannan, Jr. and wife Stacy of Decatur; her daughter, Amber Brannan of Decatur; numerous grand and great- grandchildren; her sister, Kandy Aydelotte of Justin; extended family members and a host of friends.
