Decatur ~ Betty Wanda Hardin, 85, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, October 5, 2016 in Decatur.
Memorial Service is 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Hawkins Funeral Home Decatur Chapel. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service.
Scott Willingham will officiate.
Betty was born on August 7, 1931 to Charlie and Bertha (Patterson) Wester in Lone Star, Texas. She was united in marriage to Bobbie Lee Hardin in 1945 in Dorchester, Texas.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bobbie; and her son, Jackie Hardin.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Richard Hardin and wife Pam of Decatur, Steven Hardin and wife Kathy of Decatur; her daughters, Terri Dobbs of Decatur, Karen Ellison and husband Robin of Diana, Texas, Kim Greer and husband William of San Angelo; 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
