Betty Jane (Andreasen) Jackson

Sunset ~ Betty Jane Jackson, 81, went to be with our Lord Sunday, March 14, 2021. Celebration of Life is 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 19, 2021 at First Baptist Church of Sunset officiated by Pastor Charles Reed, honorary officiant, Pastor Charles Clary with burial at Sunset Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur. Betty was born May 1, 1939 to Sigurd Jensen and Gladys Leona (Kallevig) Andreasen  in Sidney, Montana. She was united in marriage June 2, 1957 to Audy Milton Jackson in Sunset, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Audy Jackson; her daughter, Audra Jackson; grandchildren, Bailie Jackson and Kalen Bieser; her brothers, Dale, Terry, Wayne, and Earnest Andreasen; her sisters, Sylvia Morton, Iona Truax, and Diane Andreasen.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Brenda Adams and husband Darwin of Sunset, Pam Demases and husband Robert of Boyd, Lori Donald and husband Larry of Decatur, and Cindy Andreasen of Decatur;  her grandchildren, Janey Cooper and husband Kevin, Kylie Slaten and husband Kelly, Cody Adams, Chance Demases, Chris Demases and wife Kylie, Karl Bieser and wife Sarah, Kelsea McMaster and husband Lance, Cassie Lyons and husband Shaun, James Donald, Kasey VanHoose, Brandon Aeling and wife Hannah; her great-grandchildren, Parker, Paige, and Presley Slaten, Ryle Cooper, Lennon, Radly and Maya Adams, Madison VanHoose, Calvin Demases, Jasper Scott, Ashlyn, Autumn and Jett McMaster, and Evan Lyons; her sisters, Arleen Johnson, Judy Andreasen and Beverly Andreasen; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of family & friends.
