Betty Jane Shamburger

Newark-Betty Jane Shamburger,62 went to be with our Lord Saturday September 24, 2022

Betty was born July 22, 1960 to Frank Felix Picha and Mildred Viola (Downing) Picha in Fort Worth, Texas. She was united in marriage in 1993 to Joe Shamburger in Fort Worth, Texas. She graduated from Paschall high school in Fort Worth, Texas and was a sales associate for Walmart. Betty was a beloved mother,  grandmother, sister and a friend to those who will miss her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Mildred Picha; and her husband of over 28 years Joe Shamburger.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter; Jennifer Shamburger of Azle; brother, Joseph Shamburger of Azle; 6 grandchildren, Jessica Hill, Collin Hill, Christopher Hill, Ashlyn “Alex” Schlotzhauer, Madison Shamburger and Brenden Shamburger. 2 sisters, Joann Wallace and Kathy Halverson, numerous extended family and a host of friends.
