SAGINAW -- Bettye Powell Rice, 69, a retired secretary, died Friday, Jan. 27, 2006, in Fort Worth. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Monday at Boyd Cemetery. Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Survivors: Granddaughter, Debra Kilzer and husband, Jeff; great-grandchildren, Justin and Joshua Kilzer; sister, Treaon Parriette and husband, James; brother, Thomas Powell; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
