Beverly Adair (Shealy) Pond

Decatur ~ Beverly Adair Pond, 58, went to be with our Lord Sunday, April 11, 2021.

Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Thursday, April 15, 2021 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.

Beverly was born May 25, 1962 to Charles Edward and Columbia Lorraine (Boyd) Shealy in Columbia, South Carolina. She was united in marriage November 17, 1987 to Robert Wayne Pond in Ft. Worth, Texas. Beverly was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Edward Shealy.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 33 years, Robert Wayne Pond of Alvord; her daughter, Marlana Teresa Gardner and husband Bud of Bowie; her son, Thomas Joseph Hedrick of Arlington; 3 grandchildren, Robert Hedrick, Payton Whitefield, and Saige Foster; her mother, Lorraine McHale of Newport, Tennessee; 4 sisters, Nancy Kim Mondell, Wanda Charlene Bible, Terraine Mirium, and Barbara Lorraine Harrington; her brother, Jimmy Shealy; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
