Billie Rhea (Fry) Banks

Paradise ~ Billie Rhea Fry Banks, 81, of Paradise went to be with her Lord Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at her home in Paradise, Texas.

Graveside service is 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 28, in Antelope Cemetery with Rev. Phil Heinze officiating.  Family will receive friends 6 - 8 p.m. Monday, December 27th, at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.

Billie was born May 25, 1940, to Ray and Fern (Rater) Fry in Shannon, Texas. She married Larry Donald Banks on December 17, 1964, in Dallas, Texas. They were married 54 years till his passing in 2018.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a sister, Becky Farris.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Nathan Banks and wife Laura of Arkansas; daughters, Rachel Banks of Paradise, and Stephanie McCollum and husband Rodney of Paradise; grandchildren, Paul Pasichnyk and wife Karen, Kathryn Banks, and Bryn Banks; 2 great-granddaughters, Lucy and Alice Pasichnyk; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of friends.
