Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Buddy and Leota Estes Easley and husband, Douglas Wayne. Survivors: Sons, Scott Spraggins and wife, Tami of Ft. Worth and Guy Younger of Dallas; daughter, Starla Waddell and husband, Travis of Paradise; grandchildren, Devin, Tyler, Dylan, Toby, Clayton, Destini, and Asher; brother, Jeffrey Scott Easley.
