Decatur: Billy Whitaker Cobb, 46, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, December 25, 2011, in Fort Worth.
Funeral service is 2 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church of Alvord with Rev. Bill Cleveland officiating. Family visitation is prior to service.
Pallbearers include James Haire, Jimmy Sizemore, Kasey Sizemore, Steven Grant, Michael Spurfera and Allen Sizemore.
Billy was born October 23, 1965, in Fort Worth to Roy William and Jane Ann Garrison Cobb. He married Diane Leigh Jenkins on December 31, 2003, in Weatherford. Billy was a sales representative for Sun State Equipment Sales & Rental and was a member of the Fort Worth Anglers Club.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Diane Cobb of Decatur; his daughters, Mari Cobb of Oregon, Aubrey Spaeth and husband Jason of San Antonio, Autumn Haire and Amber Uran both of Alvord; his son, James Haire Jr. of San Antonio; his mother, Jane Grant and stepdad Terry of Euless; his sister, Melissa Sizemore and husband Michael, of North Richland Hills; two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
