Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Billy Gene was preceded in death by his daughter Nikki Faye Edwards and his mother Bonnie Edwards. Survivors: Wife, Rhonda Edwards of Paradise; daughter, Chelsey Leah Edwards of Paradise; father, Gene Edwards of Bridgeport; brothers, Ronnie Edwards and wife, Shirley of Bridgeport, Terry Edwards of Argyle, and Donnie Edwards and wife, Anita of Bowie; and several nieces and nephews.
