Billy J. Messenger

Visitation is 1-7 p.m. Sunday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.

Billy was born on January 6, 1948 to Loyd and Zelma (Denison) Messenger in Denton. He was united in marriage to Vone Fourd on October 11, 1990 in Boyd.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 21 years, Vone Messenger of Bridgeport; his daughter, Tracey Messenger of Colorado; his son, Todd Messenger of Alabama; his stepsons, Ronnie Simpson of Shreveport, Louisiana and Danny Simpson of Pleasant Hill, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Brandon, Jared, and Lannie; his sister in law, Patricia Williams of Springtown; his brothers in law, Phillip Fourd of Texarkana and David Fourd of Bridgeport; his brothers, Mickey Messenger of Arkansas and Ronnie Messenger of the Phillipines; other family members and a host of friends.
