Bridgeport ~ Billy D. Stevens II, 34, formerly of Bridgeport, went to be with our Lord Monday, July 23, 2018 in Carthage, Missouri.

Memorial service is 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 2, 2018 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport.

Bill was born August 4, 1983 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Billy and Frankie (Seale) Stevens. He graduated Bridgeport High School in 2001 and married Amanda Harris on May 22, 2004 in Bowie, Texas. Bill loved life! He was always smiling, laughing, and of course, making others laugh. He was a gentle giant who loved his family and friends.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 14 years, Amanda Stevens of Webb City, Missouri; son, Carson Stevens; daughter, Carli Stevens; mother, Frankie Abney and husband Dan of Bridgeport; father, Billy Stevens and wife Connie of San Angelo; sisters, Pam Stevens of Bridgeport, Brandi Delaware and husband Mike of New England, North Dakota, Madison Beverly and husband Steffin of Washington Courthouse, Ohio; brother, Javonte Chaffin and wife Brittany of Yuma, Arizona; step sister, Jessica Hurst and husband Matt of Waco; grandmothers, Tommie Farris and Wanda Brown of Bridgeport; 5 nieces and nephews, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.
