Decatur ~ Billy Ray Williams II, 22, went to be with our Lord Monday, November 6, 2017 in Fort Worth.
Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 11, 2017 at First United Methodist Church in Decatur with burial in Aurora Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.
Rev. David Lowrie will officiate. Pallbearers include Ross Pennington, Ty Watson, Logan Deaton, Colton Foster, Bradley Tedrow, and Tyler Foster. Honorary pallbearers are Shannon Swayzer, Jeremy Austin, Noah Austin, and Verl Tedrow.
Billy was born on December 19, 1994 to Billy and Rebecca (Cooper) Williams in Olney, Texas. He graduated from Decatur High School in 2014 and received his Welding Certificate from TSTC Waco in 2015. He worked as a telecommunications tech.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Flakey Jo Cooper and Eddie Cooper.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his mother, Rebecca Williams of North Lake; his father, Billy Williams Sr. and wife Stacy of Decatur; his sisters Riley and, Harper Williams; his grandparents, C.W. and Rita Williams of Paradise and, Norma Cooper of Wichita Falls, Dean and Robbie Watson of Chico and, Sammie Watson of Decatur; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
