Billy Don "B.D." Workman

Bridgeport~ Billy Don “B.D.” Workman, 85, a retired rancher, went to be with our Lord, Monday, April 15, 2019.

Graveside service is 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, 2019 in Willow Point Cemetery Pavilion. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday, at Hawkins Funeral Home Bridgeport.

Billy was born August 12, 1933. Parents were George and Maggie (Posch) Workman of Bridgeport. He proudly served our country in the United States Army. He was a member of the Church of Peaster.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Maggie Workman.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 62 years, Lillie (Sue) Workman of Willow Point; his daughter, Debra Workman of Bridgeport; his son, David Workman and wife Judy of Springtown; 4 granddaughter, Leah Wietholter and husband Chris, Rebekah Hartfield and husband Preston, Bethany Pigott and husband Justin, Sarah Haug and husband Luke; 3 great-grandchildren, Abigail, Elijah, and Joy Elizabeth; other relatives and a host of friends.
