Paradise ~ Bobby Joe Brown, 74, a retired steel worker, went to be with our Lord, Friday, October 21, 2011 at his home.
Graveside service is Monday, October 24, 2011 at Cottondale Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.
Rev. Gary Sessions will officiate.
Bobby was born on October 29, 1936 to Henry and Virginia (Adams) Brown in Paradise, Texas. He served his country in the U.S. Army.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his brother, Leon Brown and wife Francis of Cleburne; his son, Bobby Joe Brown Jr.; his daughter, Debra Lynn Brown; numerous grandchildren and extended family; and great friends who were very close to him.

Bobby You will be missed. You have been a good friend for a long time- more than 40 years. You were a good friend to my dad, John Brady, forever. Thank you Bobby for always being a good person and good co-worker. Now you will be a blessing in heaven. Your one in a million-one of a kind.
