Saginaw ~ Bobby F. Worley, 83, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, February 5, 2019 in Saginaw.
Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel Boyd with burial in Aurora Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Rev. Don Shotwell will officiate. Pallbearers include Jason Hall, Joshua Hollis, Brandon Wagoner, Ryan Worley, Daniel Hall, and Rico Escobar.
Bobby was born February 13, 1935 to Andrew and Carrie Worley in Coushatta, Louisiana. He was united in marriage to Mary Jean Boyd on February 16, 1957 in Louisiana. Bobby retired from North West Independent School District where he worked in maintenance.
Bobby was a quick-witted fun-loving man who knew how to have a good time wherever he was and no matter who he was with. His hobbies consisted of deer hunting with his sons, being part of the “Wise County Bluegrass” Group, singing and playing the guitar with his family and at church. Bobby loved the outdoors and music.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 61 years, Mary Worley; his sons, Michael Worley, and Eric Worley and wife Cabby; his daughters, Debbie Hall and husband William, and Andrea Hollis; his 8 grandchildren; his 10 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
