Bobbye Patton

Bridgeport~ Bobbye Patton, 86, went home to be with our Lord Wednesday March 25, 2020 in Decatur, Texas.

Memorial Service will be held at a future date.

Bobbye was born on October 22, 1933 to Robert and Mary Violet (Richardson) Bass in Wisner, Louisiana. She was united in marriage to Joe Patton on March 27, 1959 in San Angelo, Texas. Bobbye was a retired RN, Pediatric nurse, and Professor who taught nursing at the University of Louisiana.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joe Patton; and her brother Sam Bass.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Joseph Scott Patton and wife Sue of Paradise; her grandson, Michael Patton of Paradise; and her sister, Betty Bass of Mississippi.
