Brandi Lyn (Rhine) Schedcik

Alvord ~ Brandi Schedcik, 53, went to be with our Lord Sunday, January 14, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.

Mass of Christian Burial is 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Decatur with burial at Ball Knob Cemetery. Rosary is 5:30 p.m. Friday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur with family receiving friends 6-8:00 p.m.

Father Anto will officiate. Pallbearers will include Steve Perkins, Paul Perkins, Terry Stewart, Larry Mader, Jamie Walther, and Joel Bartlett.

Brandi was born March 10, 1970 to Charles and Jan (Pitcock) Rhine in Bridgeport, Texas. She was united in marriage August 22, 1992 to John Schedcik in Decatur, Texas. Brandi graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in teaching from the University of North Texas. Brandi worked alongside her husband John, at John Schedcik Custom Homes, LP for many years. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Jan Rhine.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband John Schedcik of Alvord; her daughters, Marissa and Katelyn Schedcik of Alvord; her brothers, Rodney Rhine, Bill Mundy, and Homer Mundy; her sister, Liz Hubbard; numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
