Brenda Gail Splawn

Boyd ~ Brenda Gail Splawn, 63, a retired machine operator, went to be with our Lord Thursday, April 29, 2021 in Decatur.

Graveside service is 10:30 AM Monday at Boyd Cemetery. Family will receive friends 4-6 PM Sunday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd.

Brenda was born on July 3, 1957 to Bobby Joe and Pauline (Hagar) Waters in Palm Springs, California. She was united in marriage to Randy Lee Splawn on April 4, 1975 in Wichita Falls. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Lynn Case.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 46 years, Randy Splawn of Boyd; her children, Gary Splawn and wife Mistie of Boyd, Brandy White and husband Jeff of North Richland Hills, and Kevin Splawn of Boyd; 5 grandchildren, Richard, Heather, Haley, Kylie, and Paige; her bother, Jimmy Waters of Boyd; 2 sisters, Patricia Henson and husband Larry, and Venita Ellis and husband Larry; other relatives and a host of friends.
