Chico ~ Carmen Llanas, 93, a retired pastor, went to be with our Lord Monday, December 19, 2016 in Rhome.
Funeral will be held in Mexico.
Carmen was born on July 16, 1923 to Paulo and Maria (Pena) Llanas in Ramos, Arizpe Coahuila, Mexico. He was united in marriage to Maria Guadalupe Puente on September 14, 1967 in Zaragoza Coahuila, Mexico.
Carmen was a member of Iglesia Pentecostal El Bueno Samaritano Church.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughters, Yolanda Ibarra Llanas of Chico, Julisa Llanas of Decatur, Sara Llanas of Decatur, Martha Llanas of Decatur, Ernestine Puentes of Mexico; his sons, Juan Llanas of Mexico, Santos Llanas of Decatur, Reynaldo Llanas of Decatur, Jose Llanas of Decatur; other family member and a host of friends.
