California~ Carol Lynn (Millet) Bush, 50, went to be with our Lord on January 25, 2020 in Austin.
A private family service will be held to honor Carol.
Carol was born on June 21, 1969 to Jeffrey Robert Millet and Sherry Lynn Whitehead in Dallas, Texas. She attended and graduated from Foothill High School in Tustin, California.
Carol grew up to be a beautiful girl and young woman, smart and talented, and while still in high school embarked on a commercial modeling career. She loved visiting her friends and most of all spending time with family in Texas.
Mid-1990s she started her own residential mortgage lending company until the recession of 2007. She tried many times to duplicate her success in the coming years, but that time and place and opportunity had passed. Her family will remember the pretty, bright and vivacious young Carol, who was undaunted by life and its challenges, and who saw those challenges as a stairway to the kind of life she desired. She was inspired by the success of those around her, and determined to make it hers. That she succeeded is fact, and her family will always remember and treasure the many good times that we enjoyed and shared with Carol. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dan and Sherry Whitehead; her mother, Sherry Lynn Whitehead; and her uncle, Doug Whitehead.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her father, Jeffrey Millet of Santa Ana, California; her sisters, Sabrina Polk and husband Jeremy of Bridgeport, and Stephanie Dunn of Buena Park, CA; her brothers, Scott Stanford and wife Amy of Bridgeport; Steve Stanford and wife Tashia of Bridgeport; Michael Brett Millet, and Brandon Millet of Santa Ana, CA; her aunt, Dana Whitehead Rigg; her cousins, Kim Evans, Keilly Johnson, Kristyl Evans, Jason Evans, Haley Evans, and Carrie Hyde; her best friend Boss, who she loved the most, and numerous extended family members.
