Decatur ~ Carolyn Sue Hardee, 67, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Friday, June 28, 2019 in Decatur.
Funeral service is 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur. Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Carolyn was born on August 31, 1951 to Norton Walter and Hazel Lenore (New) Sherman in Decatur. She graduated from Decatur high school and was a fulltime homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her 2 brothers, Norton and Ricky Sherman; her sister, Judy Maley; her grandson, Riley Hardee.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her 2 daughters, Cheryl Haynes and husband Mike of Decatur, and Misty Schwartz and Husband Ricky of Bridgeport; her 2 sons, Wes Hardee of Decatur, and Tim Hardee and wife Kelly of Forestburg; her 13 grandchildren; her 3 great-grandchildren; her sister, Tammy Lewis and husband Jeff; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
