Carolyn Faye Dunn

Bridgeport ~ Carolyn Faye Dunn, 74, went to be with our Lord on Friday, August 13, 2021 in Decatur.

Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport with burial to follow in West Bridgeport Cemetery. Open visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Dr. Craig Erb, Rev. James Fellers, and Rev. Steve Fellers will officiate.  Pallbearers will include Gary Vine, Tommy Fellers, Jaycob Vine, Jason Fellers, Keith Stephens, and Steven Fellers.

Carolyn was born August 20, 1946 to James Ernest and Lola Bell (Keen) Fellers in Decatur.  She married the love of her life, Ronnie Dunn on July 1, 1966. Carolyn worked professionally and retired as a Commercial Insurance Agent. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 55 years, Ronnie Dunn of Bridgeport; her daughter, Ann Marie Vine and husband Gary of Irving; her son, Ronnie Dunn Jr. and wife Christy of Dalton, Georgia; 6 grandchildren, Colton Blaze, Bethany Darland, Marcus Vine, Raven Vine, Alisha Vine, and Jaycob Vine; 11 great-grandchildren; her sister, Ruth Stephens and husband Doug; her brothers, Tommy Fellers and wife Helen, Rev. James Fellers and wife Cindy, and Rev. Steve Fellers and wife Jena; numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
