Carrie Belle Wilmoth

Sunset~ Carrie Belle Wilmoth, 85, went to be with our Lord on December 23, 2021 in Decatur.

Funeral Service will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 31, 2021 at The Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Elkin, North Carolina with burial to follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Carrie was born on November 12, 1936 to Richard and Pearl (Benton) Wagoner in Yadkin County, North Carolina. She was a retired cashier and worked in food services for American Airlines. Carrie was united in marriage to Charles Wilmoth on July 28, 1955 in Elkin, North Carolina and together until his passing on December 22, 2009.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Charles Wilmoth and Robert Wilmoth; numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
