Carrol was born February 3, 1945 to Robert and Louise (Tomlinson) Weatherly in Duncan, Oklahoma.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Roscoe Walker of Chico; her grandson, Colton Walker of Bridgeport; her great grandson, James Walker of Bridgeport; her brother, Bobby Lee Weatherly and wife Kathy of Washington State; other family members; and a host of friends.
