Cassandra Mae Williamson Hartsell was born in Slater, Texas on September 26th, 1964. Her parents were
Calvin Williamson and Cleva Lou Williamson.
She attended Decatur High School with her lifelong best friend, Michelle Gonzales and graduated in 1983
and went on to UNT in Denton studying her passion of music. She played Piano and Saxophone.
She also attended The King’s University in Southlake, Texas and was on track to graduate with her
Masters of Divinity this coming year, 2024.
She loved the Lord with all her heart and was going to school to become a teacher of Theology.
She was widowed and is resting in peace with the love of her life, Ronald David Hartsell.
Cassandra’s favorite place was the beach, and she would visit the coast once a year with friends and
family.
She felt loved and blessed by her family and friends and was grateful for the life that she had. She talked
about God’s goodness and the love He had for her. She had an amazing life.
Cassandra Hartsell is survived by her mother Cleva Lou Williamson, and daughters Carissa Warren and
husband Justin Warren, Caitlin Byrd and fiance Joshua Romans, Chloe Hartsell, and Miranda Aguinaga
and husband Alex Aguinaga, and beloved granddaughter Claire Aguinaga. Cassandra’s brothers; Calvin,
Curt, Carl and Cevin Williamson.
For her celebration of life her wishes were for you to come dressed in anything but black! She loved
bright yellows and oranges. She wanted this day to be a celebration, so come prepared to laugh and cry
and worship.
Her service will be held on January, 27th 2024 at 11am.
