Cecilia Ann "Cece" (Fulfer) Lisby

Cecilia Ann “Cece” Lisby, 82, passed away Sunday, September 8th, 2024.

Funeral is 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 11th, 2024 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Decatur with burial at Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends at 9:00 a.m. 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

C.J. Frazier will officiate. Pallbearers include Eric Caraway, Jace Caraway, Cason Caraway, Cole Lisby, Gage Yarborough, Tim Garcia, Ben Hodges, Cris Doggett, and Hunter Sereika.

Cece was born November 20th, 1941 to Cecil and Vylene (Norton) Fulfer in Ranger, Texas. She was united in marriage December 4th, 1957 to Rodney Jay Lisby in Love County, Oklahoma, married 64 years before his passing in 2021. Cece was a retired Realtor after many years in the Real Estate Industry. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Vylene Fulfer, and her husband, Rodney Jay Lisby.

Those left to cherish her memories are her son, Rodney “Rowdy” Jay Lisby, Jr. and wife Lou Ann of Decatur; her daughters, Lisa Caraway and husband Gary of Decatur, and Laurie Hodges and husband Chris of Decatur; 8 grandchildren, Eric, Jace, & Cason Caraway, Erin Doggett, Cole Lisby, Tyler Sereika, Logan Yarborough, and Ben Hodges; 17 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Cyndy Grove, and Prissie Reed; numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
