Charles was born on October 4, 1945 to George and Rosa (Oxford) Loftis in Gilmer, Texas. He was united in marriage to Kay Blocker on January 7, 1965 in Ryan, Oklahoma. Charles proudly served his country in the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Kay Loftis.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Cheryl Loftis Everett and husband Matt of Arlington; his grandsons, Travis and Aiden Everett; his sister, Linda McPherson and husband Robert of Edmond, Ok.; other family members and a host of friends.
