Bill was born July 9, 1950, in Perryton, TX, the first by minutes of identical twins to Gladys and Charles William Setters, Sr. He went home to be with the Lord on Feb. 25, 2006. Bill and his brother Allen Robert grew up and attended school in Liberal, KS. "Billy" and "Bobby" delighted in confusing teachers and classmates by switching places. In May, 1966 while living in Colorado City, TX with their father, Bobby was killed in a car accident. Bill lived in various places but moved to Salem, OR in 1968. He was self-employed with his father in drilling water wells until he joined Morrow Equipment Company in Jan. of 1979. During his career with Morrow he lived in Houston, TX 1981-1983, Salem 1984-1987, Pearl City, HA 1987-1993, Salem 1993-1995, Fairfield, CA 1995-2001 and Irving and Paradise, TX from 2001-2006. Bill loved Sandi, his work, family, friends, pug dogs, playing pool, watching sports, fishing, hunting, the great outdoors and eagles. He was preceded in death by his brother, his father in 1987, stepmother, Dorothy Setters in 2001, mother in 2000, and stepfather Lucky Rodriguez in 2003. Survivors: Wife, Sandi, son, Mark Setters and wife, Jill of Grants Pass, OR; stepsons, Sean Foster and Jeremy Foster of Salem, OR; stepdaughters, Bobbi Foster of Salem, OR; four grandchildren; sisters, Sue Jones and husband, bill and Char Setters, all of Bridgeport, Sharon Hartman and husband, Bob, of Lincoln City, OR, JoAn Petrey and husband, Roger of Hobbs, NM, Patty Stegman and husband, Mark of Liberal, KS; brothers, Jerry Turley and wife, Rose of Garden City, KS; David Rodriguez and wife, Lisa, Danny Rodriguez and Donny Rodriquez all of Liberal, KS, 23 nieces and nephews, 10 great nieces and nephews, two aunts and many dear cousins and friends.
