Decatur: Charlie Merl Pryor, 75, of Decatur, went to be with our Lord, Sunday, June 8, 2008 in Bridgeport, Texas.
Graveside service is 11 a.m. Thursday, June 12th at Bethel Cemetery with Craig Rolen officiating.
Charlie was born January 10, 1933 in Detroit, Texas, to Charlie Borms and Eula Mae (Venus) Pryor. He was a retired bus driver for Decatur ISD. Charlie is preceded in death by his parents and sister.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his daughters, Judy Beach and husband, Tommy of Hamlin, Texas, Charline Croft and husband, Rusty of Georgia, Jeanie Ruffner and husband, Robert of Frisco; sons Merl Pryor and wife, Terri of Decatur, Allen Pryor and wife, Debra of Bowie, James Pryor and wife, Michelle of Fort Worth; 15 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; 4 brothers, 1 sister and a host of friends.
