Chelsea Elizabeth Taft

Bridgeport ~ Chelsea Elizabeth Taft, 43, went to be with our Lord Monday, June 1, 2020 in Denton, Texas.

Memorial Service is 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 12, 2020 at Grace Fellowship Church in Paradise.

Chelsea was born June 6, 1976 to David and Brenda (Baldwin) Wildt in Houston, Texas. She was united in marriage to Robert Edward Taft, Jr. on April 24, 2004 in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Chelsea was a member at Grace Fellowship Church in Paradise. Chelsea was such a bright light in so many people's lives. She will be missed dearly by those who knew and loved her.

Chelsea was preceded in death by her father, David E. Wildt; her grandmother, Thelma Baldwin; her grandfathers, Edward Baldwin and Robert Wildt.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 16 years, Robert Edward Taft, Jr. of Bridgeport; her two sons, Noah Robert Taft and Jackson David Taft of Bridgeport; her mother, Brenda Schaub and step-father Stan Schaub of Fayetteville, Pennsylvania; her step-mother, Susie Wildt of Strasburg, Virginia; her two step-brothers, Zachary Joseph and Maxwell Joseph; her grandmother, Louise Wildt; her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of wonderful friends.
