Connie was born in Decatur, Texas. She was the daughter of Edward Clayton Berg and Dorothy Evelyn Wright. She married Bobby Guinn April 28, 1962, in Denton, Texas. She lived in Justin for over thirty years.

Survivors: Husband, Bobby Guinn of Justin; son, Bryan Guinn and wife Christy of Justin; daughter, Stacie Bramow and husband Dennis of Justin; brother, Benny Fennell of Chico; grandchildren, Travis, Jason Tyler, Katie, Madelyn and Nickolas.
